The Computer School

Romanian University Program

ROMANIA UNIVERSITY PROGRAM

DESCRIPTION:
At 18 years of age, orphans in institutions are considered adults and can be forced to leave with no real education, money or life skills. For many, prostitution, petty crime and drugs are an inevitable fate.

FOCUS:
Through ICA sponsorship, four of the Computer School's first participants graduated in June 2005 from the University of Craiova: three in Computer Programming and one in Law.

UPDATE:
Currently ICA is sponsoring 5 orphans in University who have graduated from our orphanage-based computer school.
